Q: Why do you enjoy working at Air Waves?

A: There is always something new happening and constantly innovating. Innovation brings constant changes, thus making the job more exciting and challenging.

Q: What is a skill you have learned or been able to improve during your time at Air Waves?

A: I have developed a few HR skills like Job Description writing, developing policies, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Q: What is something you would still like to learn more about?

A: Like many other careers, HR requires constant learning and training in different areas. But besides my regular job, I would like to learn some of the processes in the production area.

Q: What is your favorite memory during your time here?

A: Air Waves constantly creates excellent memories, but the 2020 Christmas party is a great memory to cherish forever.

Q: How do you think Air Waves stands out from other apparel printers?

A: Business Flexibility and constant innovation. Air Waves is built on the ability to provide our customer the flexibility of being able to source any of our wide variety of art on any of the equally wide variety of garments we carry. Air Waves can adapt quickly to changes to accommodate our customers.

Q: What is a piece of advice you would give to someone who is just starting out in their career?

A:The best advice is to come with an open mind and willing to take on new challenges.
