Q: Why do you enjoy working at Air Waves?
A: It’s exciting innovate new products and developing new ones everyday.

Q: What is a skill you have learned or been able to improve during your time at Air Waves?
A: During my time at Airwaves I have learned to become a leader in innovation, developing new ways to improve production. Also leading a team to success.

Q: What is something you would still like to learn more about?
A: DTG (Direct-To-Garment) is an upcoming new innovation I would like to learn more about.

Q: What is your favorite memory during your time here?
A: Christmas Parties where we all dressed up went out and had a good time.

Q: How do you think Air Waves stands out from other apparel printers?
A: Small, friendly and a great bunch of people to work with.

Q: What is a piece of advice you would give to someone who is just starting out in their career?
A: Dealing with internet sales is very unpredictable and a little stressful at times. Keep calm, cool, creative and consistent.
