As an industry leader in Print On Demand and Wholesale apparel, we are always looking for ways to add value and share helpful information with our customers. Here are our top eight most common questions we receive from potential customers regarding our Wholesale and Print on Demand services.
Q: What do I need to provide to become a wholesale customer?
A: We make this process as easy as possible for our customers. All we ask is that you fill out a customer set-up form and provide the business’ most recent W9. Once received we’ll get you set up on our end & send you a link to activate your online account. You can start the process by filling out the interest form on our website.
Q: What are the minimums for wholesale orders?
A: Our minimum order requirement for wholesale is 6 units/style & 36 units/order.
Q: What is the turnaround time for a wholesale order?
A: Since we print all orders on demand, we have a 15 business day production time. Orders will then ship based on your chosen method.
Q: How often do you offer new styles?
A: We refresh our Case IH line twice a year in the Spring & Fall. New generic styles are added monthly.
Q: What garments can be used for POD print on demand?
A: We stock and source a variety of bodies and brands. That being said, we do maintain a fairly tight core catalog of products that we know are best suited for DTG printing.
Q: Are there minimum quantities for POD print on demand?
A: Nope! One of the great things about print on demand is that we can produce one-off designs on a single item and ship them directly to the customer.
Q: What is the turnaround time for POD print on demand orders?
A: Standard turnaround times are dictated by a few factors including the time of year but we typically aim to print and ship on demand orders within two business days.
